5 Installation Steps

Standard Operating Procedure for maximum bonding efficiency.

Preparation

Clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) to ensure it is free from dust and oil.

Priming

Apply a thin layer of primer on LSE plastic parts (if necessary).

Application

Peel back the liner slightly, accurately position the part, and then pull out the entire liner.

Pressure

Use a roller to firmly press the tape against the surface to eliminate air bubbles.

Curing

Leave it at room temperature. The adhesive will reach its maximum ultimate bond strength after 72 hours.
