Surface Preparation

Tape Application (No Stretch)

การจัดตำแหน่งและรีดชดเชยช่องว่าง

ทาบชิ้นงานลงบนตัวถัง เมื่อได้ตำแหน่งให้ดึงไลเนอร์ออกจนหมด ใช้ลูกกลิ้ง (Roller) หรือมือกดรีดชิ้นงานด้วยน้ำหนักสม่ำเสมอ (ประมาณ 15 psi หรือ 1 กก./ตร.ซม.) เพื่อให้เนื้อโฟมหนา 1.6 มม. ยุบตัวกระจายแรงและเติมเต็มช่องว่าง (Gap Filling) ระหว่างชิ้นงานกับตัวถังได้อย่างสมบูรณ์

ระยะเวลาเซ็ตตัวของกาว
