    • Specify the type of tape (if the part number is unknown), e.g., double-sided tissue tape, white tissue tape, clear tissue tape.
    • Indicate requirements (if the type is unknown), e.g., needs to adhere to ABS plastic, needs to be easily removable.
  • Dimensions:
    • Tape thickness, e.g., 0.08 mm, 0.15 mm.
    • Tape roll width, e.g., 12 mm, 24 mm, 50 mm.
    • Dimensions of the die-cut piece, e.g., 10 x 10 mm, 50 x 100 mm.

3. Drawing and Specification Approval

  • Drawing Approval: The customer reviews and approves the drawing prepared by the manufacturer to confirm accuracy before production (if applicable).
  • Specification Approval: The customer reviews and approves the material specifications, including the type of tissue tape, adhesive, and other properties.
  

 

 

 4. Prepare Artwork and Die-Cutting Tool

  • Artwork Preparation: Convert the drawing into a production-ready file format, such as .dxf or .dwg.

5. Sample Production and Customer Approval
