An automatic tape dispenser is a benchtop machine that feeds and cuts tape automatically to a preset length. Just press a button or touch the sensor, and the tape comes out in strips of exactly the same length every time.
It replaces pulling and cutting by hand or with scissors — which is slower and gives inconsistent lengths — with consistency you can measure on every single piece.

Load the tape roll
Open the top cover and place 1–2 rolls on the spindle. Supports large rolls up to 300 mm in diameter.

Set the length
Enter the length you need on the LED display — adjustable from 5–999 mm.

Choose a mode
Preset mode (set the number of pieces) or loop mode — cuts continuously as pieces are taken.

Cut and use
Tape is cut into equal-length strips every time, ready to use instantly — no re-measuring.
Good to know: The ZCUT series is not recommended for PVC tape or highly elastic / very high-tack tapes, and tape thickness should be within the supported range. We recommend sending your tape specs to our team for confirmation before ordering.

Answers before you decide
What types of tape can the automatic tape dispenser handle?
It works with many tape types — Kapton, double-sided tape, Acetate, Glass Cloth, Filament, protective film, paper tape, aluminum/copper foil, and non-adhesive materials such as ribbon. However, it is not recommended for PVC tape or highly elastic / very high-tack tapes. We recommend sending your tape specs to our team for confirmation before ordering.
What length can it cut, and how accurate is it?
You can set lengths from 5 to 999 mm with ±1 mm accuracy per piece, so every piece comes out the same length — ideal for work that requires consistency.
Can it cut multiple rolls at the same time?
Yes. The YAESU ZCUT series supports loading 2 rolls and cutting them at once, as long as the combined width does not exceed the machine's limit. The ZCUT-870 uses a rotary disc system that cuts multiple pieces per cycle.
Which is better — KINGSOM or YAESU ZCUT?
If you're on an entry budget and focused on packing / carton sealing, the KINGSOM KS-1000 is cost-effective. If you want Japanese quality and support for many tape types in factory work, the YAESU ZCUT-9 or ZCUT9-GR is a better fit. Our team can recommend based on your workload and tape type.
