Glassine Paper
The Queen of Die-Cutting. High-density paper with a smooth, glossy, and semi-transparent finish. High tensile strength makes it ideal for labels and tapes used in automatic dispensing machines.
Highlight: Precision Die-Cutting
Perfect for high-speed rotary die-cutting. Blades can perform precise kiss-cuts without penetrating the liner.
Application: Label & Barcode
Used for barcode labels and industrial double-sided tapes. Its transparency allows sensors to easily detect gaps between labels.
💡 Tip: If you use automatic labeling machines, Glassine is the best choice due to its toughness and resistance to breaking during operation.

CCK (Clay Coated Kraft)
Kraft paper coated with clay to seal pores, providing a smooth surface before silicone coating. Key feature is its excellent dimensional stability when exposed to heat.
Highlight: Flatness & Heat Resistance
Good heat resistance, does not distort. Excellent lay-flat characteristics, suitable for sheet-form applications.
Application: Graphic Art & Sheets
Popular for large format graphic stickers, vinyl plotters, and stickers sold in sheet form.
💡 Tip: Choose CCK if your process involves high heat or if you need to deliver flat sheets to customers.

PCK (Poly Coated Kraft)
Kraft paper coated with polyethylene (PE) on both sides. Provides maximum smoothness and 100% moisture resistance. Ideal for special adhesives requiring an ultra-smooth surface for optimal anchorage.
Highlight: Moisture Barrier
Completely waterproof and moisture-resistant. Paper does not swell or cockle even during ocean transport or humid storage.
Application: Industrial Tapes
Suitable for industrial tapes, foam tapes, medical tapes, and applications requiring high cleanliness (Hygienic).

SCK (Super Calendered)
Kraft paper that has been super-calendered to be dense and smooth. A cost-effective alternative for general applications not requiring the transparency of Glassine.

Tough and tear-resistant. More economical than Glassine while still maintaining good die-cutting properties.
Application: General Purpose
Used for general labels, economy stickers, or adhesive tapes where liner transparency is not critical.
