คู่มือการติดตั้งและใช้งาน 3M GT7104

เพื่อให้เนื้อกาว High-Tack และแกนโฟมอะคริลิคแบบ Viscoelastic ความหนา 0.4 มม. ทำงานได้เต็มประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดในการยึดติดชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์แบบแนบสนิท (Flush Finish) ไร้ช่องว่าง โปรดปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนการติดตั้งมาตรฐานต่อไปนี้

Surface Preparation
การเตรียมพื้นผิว

ทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ (เช่น พลาสติก หรือสี Clear Coat) ด้วยไอโซโพรพิลแอลกอฮอล์ (IPA) ผสมน้ำอัตราส่วน 50:50 เช็ดคราบแว็กซ์ น้ำมัน และฝุ่นออกให้หมดจด หากเป็นพลาสติกที่มีพลังงานพื้นผิวต่ำ (LSE) แนะนำให้ทา 3M Adhesion Promoter ทิ้งไว้ให้แห้งก่อนการติดตั้งเทป

Application & Alignment
การจัดวางและประกบชิ้นงาน

ติดเทป 3M GT7104 ลงบนชิ้นงาน (เช่น โลโก้, ป้ายชื่อ หรือคิ้วตกแต่ง) ลอกฟิล์มไลเนอร์ PE สีแดงออก ระวังอย่าให้นิ้วสัมผัสเนื้อกาวโดยตรง จัดตำแหน่งให้แม่นยำที่สุดก่อนทำการประกบชิ้นงานเข้าด้วยกัน เนื่องจากกาวรุ่นนี้มีแรงยึดเกาะเริ่มต้น (Initial Tack) สูงมาก

Pressure Application
การกดทับรีดไล่อากาศ

ใช้ลูกกลิ้งยาง (Rubber Roller) หรือมือกดทับชิ้นงานให้แน่นสม่ำเสมอทั่วทั้งแนว (แนะนำแรงกดที่ระดับ 15 psi หรือ 100 kPa) เพื่อให้เนื้อแกนโฟมอะคริลิคเกิดการ Wet-out แทรกซึมและไหลแนบสนิทไปกับพื้นผิวชิ้นงานได้อย่างสมบูรณ์แบบ เพื่อป้องกันความชื้นและฝุ่นละออง

Curing & Dwell Time
ระยะเวลาการเซ็ตตัวของกาว

กาวจะค่อยๆ พัฒนาแรงยึดเหนี่ยวกับชิ้นงาน (Dwell Time) โดยประสิทธิภาพการยึดเกาะจะเพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 50% ภายใน 20 นาที, 90% ภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง และจะยึดเกาะเต็มประสิทธิภาพ 100% (Ultimate Adhesion) เมื่อปล่อยทิ้งไว้ครบ 72 ชั่วโมง ที่อุณหภูมิห้อง

Engineering Note (ข้อแนะนำเชิงวิศวกรรม)

เทป 3M GT7104 มีจุดเด่นพิเศษด้าน Advanced Low-Temp Adhesion จึงสามารถติดตั้งและให้แรงยึดเกาะเริ่มต้นที่ดีเยี่ยมแม้ในสายการประกอบยานยนต์ที่มีอุณหภูมิต่ำ ซึ่งแตกต่างจากเทปโฟมอะคริลิคทั่วไป ช่วยลดข้อจำกัดในสายการผลิต นอกจากนี้ เมื่อเนื้อกาวเซ็ตตัวเต็มที่ แกนโฟม Viscoelastic จะสามารถผ่อนคลายแรงเค้น (Stress Relaxation) ช่วยซับแรงสั่นสะเทือน ทนรังสี UV สารเคมียานยนต์ และทนความร้อนระยะสั้นได้สูงสุดถึง 120°C

ข้อจำกัดด้านความหนาและการรับแรง

ด้วยความหนาเพียง 0.4 มม. เทปถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อชิ้นงานที่แนบสนิท (Zero-Gap) เท่านั้น ไม่สามารถใช้เพื่อเติมเต็มช่องว่าง (Gap Filling) ระหว่างวัสดุที่ไม่ได้ระนาบ และไม่เหมาะสำหรับรับน้ำหนักโครงสร้างหนักๆ

ข้อจำกัดบนพลาสติกพลังงานผิวต่ำ

แม้เนื้อกาวจะมีประสิทธิภาพสูง แต่หากติดตั้งบนชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์พลาสติกจำพวก PP, TPO หรือ EPDM (LSE Plastics) จำเป็นต้องเตรียมพื้นผิวด้วยน้ำยาประสาน (Adhesion Promoter) ทุกครั้งเพื่อป้องกันการลอกร่อน

ข้อควรระวังด้านระยะเวลาเซ็ตตัว

ห้ามให้ชิ้นงานรับแรงงัด ฉีดน้ำแรงดันสูง หรือเผชิญแรงสั่นสะเทือนรุนแรงทันทีหลังติดตั้ง ต้องปล่อยให้กาวเกิดการไหลตัว (Wet-out) เข้าสู่พื้นผิวอย่างน้อย 24-72 ชั่วโมง เพื่อให้ได้แรงยึดเกาะ 100%

Engineering Note: ขีดจำกัดด้านอุณหภูมิสุดโต่ง

เทปโฟมอะคริลิค 3M GT7104 ทนความร้อนสะสมระยะยาวได้สูงสุด 90°C และระยะสั้น 120°C จึง ห้ามนำไปติดตั้งบริเวณห้องเครื่องยนต์ ท่อไอเสีย หรือชิ้นส่วนที่แผ่ความร้อนจัด นอกจากนี้ แม้เทปจะมีจุดเด่นด้าน Low-Temp Adhesion แต่ห้ามทำการติดตั้งบนพื้นผิวที่กำลังเปียกชื้น มีฝ้าเกาะ หรือมีน้ำแข็งปกคลุมโดยเด็ดขาด
