Silicone liquids and sprays
Silicone liquids and sprays are versatile products suitable for a wide range of applications across industries, households, automotive, and more. Both silicone liquids and sprays possess unique properties that make them essential for various tasks. They can be used as lubricants, sealants, or protective coatings, offering benefits such as moisture resistance, temperature resilience, and the ability to prevent rust and corrosion. Silicone-based products are also valued for their non-reactive nature, making them safe for use with a broad spectrum of materials, including metals, plastics, and rubber, without causing damage or degradation. Whether for maintenance, repairs, or enhancing performance, silicone liquids and sprays are valuable tools for professionals and DIY enthusiasts alike.
Silicone in a cloudy white color, resistant to heat and cold. Additionally, it slightly increases the viscosity in silicone. It also has outstanding properties in preventing mold formation. It's used for types of adhesive tapes, rubbers, or plastic molds that involve cutting with a steel blade, to lubricate the steel blade and prevent heat from friction.
The spray is a food-safe NSF H1 grade silicone lubricant oil, formulated without solvents to reduce viscosity and ensure high safety. It can be used in food production facilities without affecting rubber or plastic (excluding raw rubber, silicone rubber). It features a dual-cover, with a stainless steel spray nozzle and can be sprayed upside down.
Characteristics
- Safe NSF H1 grade silicone lubricant oil, even if it comes into accidental contact with food.
- No impact on rubber or plastic (excluding raw rubber, silicone rubber).
- Odorless, the product has a low odor, not pungent.
- RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanizing) black di-oxide liquid rubber.
- Reacts with moisture in the air, then solidifies into a flexible rubber at normal temperature.
- Resistant to heat and cold (-40~240°C), waterproof/oil-resistant, and an electrical insulator.
Notable Features
- Used as a mold release agent and light lubricant for food manufacturing machinery, etc.
- Applicable with food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics production equipment, cleaning equipment, self-service fueling station equipment.
- Improves the penetration of rubber products (packaging, seals).
- Seals electrical and electronic equipment, wire terminals, motors, provides thermal insulation for heaters, and joints of refrigerators, seals windows, door edges, concrete, and masonry, etc.
- Connects surface flanges.
- Used as a liquid gasket for engines.
Benefits
- To lubricate steel blades, resulting in less heat generation.
- To prevent mold formation.
- To reduce viscosity.
- To help prevent dust from ventilation equipment, hot/cold air ducts.
