Copper Foil Tape
CHOOSE THE RIGHT MODEL
Which Copper Tape model fits your job?
Conductive adhesive copper tape for EMI shielding / Grounding / PCB repair — choose the right thickness for your job.
WHO & WHICH · Applications
Suitable for which industries or application types?
Conductive adhesive copper foil tape is suitable for all applications requiring EMI/RFI shielding, grounding, and electrical continuity — covering electronic component manufacturing, electric vehicles (EVs), medical devices, and telecommunications.
WHERE & WHEN · Environments
Used in what kind of environments?
Can be used from production lines to on-site maintenance. Supports specific controlled areas like cleanrooms or high-heat accumulation points.
PCB Assembly
Shield and create localized grounding points during assembly and soldering on circuit boards.
Cable Shielding
Wrap around signal cables to reduce interference and signal leakage.
Connection Repair
Connect/repair electrical paths and joints. Can be soldered directly onto the tape surface.

HOW TO CHOOSE
How to choose Copper Foil Tape to match your specs
Before ordering, consider these 3 main factors to choose the right model for your job and reduce end-point problems.
Conductivity Direction
First, ask if you need electricity to conduct through the adhesive layer. — If continuous grounding/shielding across joints is required, choose Conductive Adhesive. But if focusing on surface attachment/decoration without needing conductivity through the adhesive, a general (Non-conductive) adhesive is sufficient.
Maximum Operating Temperature
Assess the heat accumulation or proximity to heat sources to select an adhesive type that can withstand the temperature, preventing adhesive degradation, oozing, or peeling. (It is recommended to compare the acceptable temperature range from the TDS of each model.)
Copper Foil Thickness
Choose a thickness that corresponds to the level of EMI you want to block and the durability required for the job — Thinner materials are easier to bend around corners, while thicker ones are more tear-resistant and can handle higher currents.
Safety Note: For high-safety applications such as medical devices or high-voltage EV systems, always review the TDS and test in actual working conditions before full implementation.
