Made from electronics-grade polyimide film coated with heat-stable silicone adhesive. With a total thickness of only 0.08 mm, it is thin and lightweight, conforming closely to surfaces and easy to die-cut. Withstands operating temperatures from −73°C to +286°C, supporting lead-free soldering processes without shrinking or leaving adhesive residue.
