Surface Preparation
การเตรียมพื้นผิว

ทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวชิ้นงานด้วยไอโซโพรพิลแอลกอฮอล์ (IPA) ผสมน้ำในอัตราส่วน 50:50 เช็ดให้ปราศจากฝุ่น คราบน้ำมัน หรือสารตกค้าง รอให้พื้นผิวแห้งสนิทก่อนทำการติดเทป เพื่อป้องกันการลดทอนแรงยึดเกาะ

Tape Application
การติดเทปและลอกไลเนอร์

ติดเทปลงบนชิ้นงานด้านแรก แม้เทปเนื้อทิชชู่จะสามารถฉีกขาดได้ด้วยมือ (Hand-tearable) แต่แนะนำให้ใช้กรรไกรหรือใบมีดเพื่อรอยตัดที่คมกริบ รีดเทปให้เรียบเนียน จากนั้นลอกแผ่นโพลีไลเนอร์ออกเมื่อพร้อมประกอบชิ้นงาน
