    Sprays and chemicals

Lubricants are substances that interpose themselves as a film or membrane between metal surfaces in contact, aiming to minimize friction and wear as much as possible.

Cleaning spray is a concentrated spray cleaner containing methylene chloride, which includes synthetic resin that is water-resistant. It has a mild scent and is easy to use for stripping and removing burnt oil stains, paint, and adhesives, etc. After stripping, the residue from the cleaner can be washed off with water.

Rust preventatives are semi-dry, solid types suitable for storage areas made of steel and machinery both indoors and outdoors. They protect against rust in various parts of the system during forming, storage, and transportation. They prevent corrosion of equipment such as in factories, homes, and steel materials in garages, especially in coastal areas, providing long-term rust prevention for press dies, etc.

Coating agents dry quickly and are easily removable spray types that can reach everywhere. They are used for cleaning oil from metal parts and products, suitable for removing colors of BLUE VARNISH, AOTACK, and WHITE PEN SPRAY. They clean oil off metal parts, molds, and tools, cleaning corrosion preventatives on metals.

Mold release sprays are designed for quick and easy demolding, with a universal formula for a wide range of applications. These formulas are for demolding vacuum injection molds, enhancing forming and lubrication. They are non-staining and leave no residue, safe for plastics.

Surface condition testing agents are used both indoors and outdoors for areas not visible to the naked eye, highlighted in bright red for easy visibility of traces without omission. Safe for use on aluminum alloys, magnesium alloys, etc. (except painted surfaces and plastics), they detect cracks and leaks from room temperature up to 80°C with detection sensitivity for traces as narrow as 1µm and as deep as 10µm (tested at -10°C~50°C).

RTV silicone adhesives are liquid dioxy compounds for sealing electrical and electronic equipment, wire terminals and motors, thermal insulation for heaters, and joints of refrigerators. They seal windows, door edges, concrete, etc., serving as a sealant for dust collection equipment, ventilation systems, hot/cold air ducts, suitable for flange surfaces, and used as liquid gaskets for engines, etc.
